From Dubai and golf’s season ending Tour Championships and the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix, Privatus moved west across continents to the Caribbean, for a members trip with a real difference.  Landing in Miami and playing at Turnberry Isle, Chris headed to Nassau to meet with the islands most prestigious estate and golf club at Lyford Cay.  Other golfing destinations visited whilst on the island included the fabulous Royal Blue golf course at the Baha Mar and the stunning Ocean course at the Atlantis.  Chris also went to meet some new corporate yacht members at the very exclusive and stunning Albany estate, a set up that was without question one of the most impressive Chris has seen.  The members even had the chance to play one of the worlds most secluded golf courses, the remarkable Abaco Club, just a short flight away to the Abaco island, that was devastated by hurricane Dorian.  The scene from the airport was so surreal and the fact that anyone could survive such a disaster, let alone a golf course be playable, was unthinkable.  Fortunately the Abaco Club suffered minor damage considering and since the hurricane, provides the local community with life changing support for an economy that has desolated.  From the hospitality to one of the best courses Chris said he’s ever played, and hes played a few, Abaco Club was a destination never to be forgot.
